Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gym equipment components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
